• Assistance and advise in efforts to comply with any and all bureaucratic processes within the Puerto Rico Medical Cannabis Regulatory Board (MCRB) to develop and operate medical cannabis business in Puerto Rico, including:
  • Prepare, procure, and complete any and all license request/renovation forms necessary to operate any of the different types of medical cannabis businesses in Puerto Rico.
  • Legal representation before MCRB and its quasi-judicial administrative processes.
