The Litigation Practice Group handles a variety of general civil and commercial litigation before all forums, including state and federal courts, administrative proceedings before local and federal agencies, legislative committees, and arbitration.

The Litigation Practice Group works closely with other Firm attorneys in specialized areas, such as attorneys/engineers, in order to advise clients and provide support at an early stage, thereby avoiding or otherwise preparing for litigation in a cost-effective and results-oriented manner.

The Litigation Practice Group is also well versed in appellate practice before the Appellate Court and Supreme Court of Puerto Rico, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. In addition, with the assistance of the Firm, the Litigation Practice Group has successfully represented clients in every stage of government bids and procurement processes for the development of diverse products and services and the awarding of public contracts.
